Services
Physical therapy for knee and hip
For people with pain, stiffness or low confidence when walking, climbing stairs or getting up from a chair.
We watch how you walk, step up and stand, and from that we build strength and balance exercises you can also do at home.
This care is for you if
Your knee or hip hurts when you walk or climb stairs
You had knee or hip surgery, including a replacement, and need an exercise plan
You spend the day on your feet, in the field or on a production line
You want to feel steadier when you walk

What we do
We name it without promises: each plan depends on you.
Strength and balance
Exercises for the legs and core, at the level you tolerate.
Walking and stairs
We practice walking, climbing and descending, calmly and with support.
After surgery
We follow your surgeon's protocol and give you a plan in writing.
Visits, therapists and paying
What decides how many visits you need
How many visits you need depends on which joint is affected, whether there was surgery, how your balance is and what you need to do each day.
Who sees you
A licensed physical therapist, and sometimes an assistant working under their direction. On the team page we say which language each person speaks.
Meet the teamHow it is paid for
With insurance or without: we explain how it works and give you a written estimate before you start.
How fees work
See your doctor first
Before you come, talk to your doctor:
- If the knee or leg swells, turns red or feels warm
- If your calf hurts for no clear reason
- If you fell and cannot put weight on the leg
- Chest pain, trouble breathing, a sudden severe headache or pain, new weakness or numbness, loss of bladder or bowel control, or a fall with a head injury needs emergency care now. Call 911.
Questions about this service
Do you see people after a knee or hip replacement?
Yes. We work from your surgeon's instructions and give you a plan in writing.
Do I need to bring a cane or a walker?
No. If you use one, bring it; if not, we tell you at the evaluation whether it would help.
