No insurance

If you have no insurance, we tell you the cost first

Many families we see pay on their own. You should not have to guess: we explain it before you start, and in writing.

  • The cost, before your first visit

Call or message us on WhatsApp and we tell you what to expect. You decide with all the information.

  • A good faith estimate

If you pay without insurance, you have the right to a written estimate before your first visit. We give you one.

  • Options if cost worries you

Tell the front desk and we look at the options together.

  • We listen and look at how you move

  • We explain what we find, in the language you choose

Questions

What people ask us most

Do I need a referral from my doctor to start?

In Texas you can start with an evaluation without a referral, with some limits we explain at your first visit. Your plan may still ask for one. Call us and we check before your visit.

Do you see people without insurance?

Yes. If you pay on your own, we tell you the cost before your first visit and give you a written good faith estimate.

How long is a visit, and who sees me?

The first visit takes about an hour with a licensed physical therapist. At later visits you may see a physical therapist assistant, working under the therapist's direction.

What do I wear, and what do I bring?

Comfortable clothes you can move in, and closed shoes. Bring your ID, your insurance card if you have one, and your doctor's instructions if you have them.

Will it hurt?

We work within what you can tolerate. If something bothers you, tell us and we adjust it. Some people feel tired after exercise, and we explain what is normal.
